We are building the next generation of corporate travel distribution infrastructure, and we need a product leader who has lived it — someone who truly understands how corporates buy travel, how TMCs operate, and what it takes to connect both sides through modern technology.
This role owns the product strategy and delivery roadmap for solutions that serve corporate travel buyers, Travel Management Companies (TMCs), and their shared workflows — from policy-compliant fare sourcing and approval flows through to post-booking servicing, duty-of-care, and reporting. You will sit at the intersection of corporate travel programme management, TMC operations, and airline distribution (GDS/NDC), translating the real-world complexity of these relationships into scalable, elegant platform capabilities.
Day to day, you will engage directly with corporate customers, TMC partners, and airline commercial teams to deeply understand their pain points and turn complex B2B requirements into products that drive measurable business value. We are looking for someone who can speak the language of travel managers, TMC operations leads, and procurement teams as fluently as they speak the language of product strategy and agile delivery.
- Define and own the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for corporate travel and TMC-facing capabilities, communicating it persuasively to stakeholders, partners, and customers.
- Translate corporate customer pain points — travel policy enforcement, traveller adoption, approval workflows, duty-of-care — and TMC partner requirements into a coherent, prioritised product strategy.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis across corporate booking tools, TMC platforms, expense management integrations, and emerging AI-powered travel management solutions to identify opportunities and validate feature viability.
- Monitor evolving corporate travel trends — including managed vs. unmanaged spend, sustainability reporting, and blended (bleisure) travel — and factor these into product direction.

Lead refinement of new features and enhancements, ensuring input from corporate customers, TMC partners, commercial teams, and engineering.
