Summary 
TheSeniorSalesManagerisresponsiblefordefiningand executingthecompany’ssalesstrategy to drive sustainable revenue growth andidentifyopportunities for marketexpansion. 
 
Acting as a key business partner to Marketing, Product, and Finance, theSeniorSalesManageridentifiesnew opportunities, builds strategic relationships, andrepresentssales in company planning, budgeting, and external engagements. The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and experience scaling B2B sales across multiple markets.

Responsibilities 
  • Own and develop a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and business needs 
  • Setsales objectives, forecasts, and KPIs;monitorperformance andoptimizetheresults,in order toachieve the revenue targets 
  • Identifynew business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships, where the company can grow 
  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with key clients and partners 
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to ensure alignment 
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights 
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to leadership 
  • Establish revenue stability and forecasting accuracy by implementing structured pipeline management practices 
  • Represent sales within business planning and budgeting cycles 
  • Represent the Company in various events 
 
Requirements 
  • Deepexpertisein travel distribution, including comprehensive knowledge of the GDS, airline, agency, and corporate travel landscape 
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully selling to largescale travel sellerorganizations 
  • Skilled in sales pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue management 
  • Experience in scaling sales organizations and entering new markets 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills 
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach 
  • International or multi-region sales leadership experience 
  • Fluent in English 
  • Solid understanding of NDC and associated commercial models/frameworks considered a strong advantage
